Today, the Supreme Court ruled that Nicholas Ukachukwu should stop parading himself as the candidate of PDP for the gubernatorial elections – until the appeal courts holding at Port Harcourt completes hearing the case between Tony Nwoye and Nicholas Ukachukwu.
